Apply For Staff

I am somewhat confused on how you apply for staff on Arena PVP. I have logged into my account, but I do not know how to write an application for it. I would LOVE to become staff on my favorite PVP server, I believe I would I would help out a lot. I can tell when a hacker is hacking or I can just help out with a simple glitch. I just do not know how to apply to help out. Please, someone help me! Thanks! <3-MotherLike
