EU half term | 11:30pm GMT game?

Hello:3Its Easter holiday/ half term for the next 2-3 weeks for many EU people meaning more EU people will be playing Badlion till later hours at night. The last EU UHC we currently get is at 9pm GMT.
I was wondering if we could have an extra EU UHC added at around 11:30pm GMT for the next few weeks? I'm not sure if its possible but just wanted to ask just in case it is.
