I normally get 20-40 ping to the NA east proxy, but I have recently been getting 70-110 ping. I first thought it was just my internet, but whats strange is that only east proxies have had a ping change for me. This actually also includes the kohi.us proxy (and hcteams). Now I'm getting lower ping on west and sometimes EU than east. Was the east server moved or something? Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issue…
