Language Problem sort of thing

In this link (which is an appeal) https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/91182 this person speaks Spanish but then the staff denied it by talking in english so clearly they wouldn't understand why they got denied or if they even go denied.Posted on 08 April 2016 - 06:51 AM

Yeah, Google translate helps enough to understand. (I speak Spanish tho)
The guy basically said he gave his account to his neighbour for a few days and he "doesn't know what he did while playing" (all of this, with a terrible grammar lol)
So the answer of the account does have sense
