Are these PVP mods allowed?

Hello before i get banned from this server i want to ask if its allowed to use these PVP mods in skywars and other minigames?I use PrestonPlayz's (TBNRfrags's) PVP modpack:
It contains :
1.[1.8]ArmorStatusHUD-client-1.29
2.BspkrsCore-1.8 (Core for the armorhud and potionhud)
3.OptiFine_1.8.0_HD_U_H5
4.StatusEffectHUD-Mod-1.8
5.Liteloader 1.8 (Core for Gammabright)
6.Gammabright
Am i allowed to use this PVP modpack?
