Why do senior staff and staff take forever to reply to appeals? Seriously my two mates were IP Banned for a person named Geroddy going on their accounts while IP banned. They didn't know about him being IP banned and only one of them give him their account. Now they did appeal on the 31st and only 1 of them got a reply today. One of their appeals is assigned to senior staff and the other to any staff. Do you mind not taking atleast a year to reply lmao.https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/87518

you do realize there are hundreds of other appeals posted a day, right? and the majority of these appeals are assigned to senior pvp mods, which there aren't actually a lot of. not to mention, in most appeals staff probably need to take their time dealing with the one who is appealing. i understand that it took like 10 days for staff to see your/your friends' appeal. i'm not staff so i can't go along with an assumption i think is true, but i do assume they could accidentally get ignored or something. hope that clears some stuff up for you, and if i'm incorrect feel free to correct mePosted on 16 April 2016 - 02:10 AM

You can't expect every appeal to be answered hours later. Don't get me wrong, I myself strive to answer any appeals directed towards myself as soon as I see it, but not every staff member's the same when it comes to that.
