Ok now i have no idea why this is happening to me but i am guessing it is becuase of the Anti Xray. I remember playing Bl UHC's before Anti Xray and i never used to have this and always got a solid 700+ FPs, but now i struggle to hold a solid 150?? My FPS is so unstable and there is no reason why this should be happening as my pc is pretty beefy.

I have an i5 4460 and a GTX 970 which runs minecraft with no problem at all, if anyone has any tips for me on how to boost/steady my fps please comment below.
