As you may know the Kohi chat rules are very relaxed and many players are getting muted, kicked and banned because they still want to talk like they did on Kohi.Rather than treat this as a problem that needs to be stopped, I think it is something that can be fixed with a new plugin.
Suggestion:
Create an opt in chat for mature players only with age authentication through the website or something like that. This will have a command such as /maturechat and allow players who want to say "ez" or "get shit on skid" to say it and only those tuned into the toxic chat will see it, I think this will also create a nicer environment for younger players and those who dont like the toxicity of other players to only see the nice version of chat.
tl;dr
Second chat channel for mature players with less restrictions.
