dark blue name

hi guys i wanted to know why i can't put the dark blue color on my name, i saw some players with the same rank using itnot the blue that normal players have i'm speaking about the dark one

It used to be an option for changing your name color, but they removed that color because it made it to hard to read the persons name in chat.
