He cannot appeal on his account so I appealed for him here. Its not working as it says; "You cannot appeal until IP ban is lifted" But he is perma IP banned.

Hello. My name is Gerardy. I was IP-Banned on the account Geroddy for an automatic ban for badlion and I will still push to get un-banned.

I will explain my bans while I write this appeal and I will go into great depth with the details.

OK. My first ban was quite a while ago. It was on the 12 September 2015 - 03:03 PM CONSOLE [GCheat] Autoclicker. Now around this time Badlion were having some server issues and the servers would keep lagging from time to time. Now, I can jitter-click quite well and I was playing a Kohi fight and jitter-clicked the hell out of my opponent while the server froze. I tried to take advantage of the server freezing like everyone by killing the player as the server came back (Ghost-Killing). by doing this I was initially kicked, then perma-banned. The following day however I was unbanned as you can see here.

So obviously this is a false ban and this still counted towards my IP ban.

My Second Ban was in a UHC with an UNIP-Banned player named Jewnny/Omm. We were playing a To2 in an EU game and I was digging to his name and coords. Suddenly I was banned by a former staff member AbnormalPinxx. (Her name back when I was banned was PolarPinxx)

on "27 September 2015 - 10:12 PM AbnormalPinxx Illegal Mining".

We were messaging her about the ban and she apologized for the ban and obviously it wasn't her fault due to her not being able to see my teammate. She quickly unbanned me within 8 minutes.

Even another moderator put that it was a false ban.

And finally my last and only Valid ban / mute. I do not have any excuses for what I wrote to itswintrr in the game chat and I fully regret it as I was a very salty player and would usually get mad at the slightest.

I was losing every single fight in build and I used to be pretty decent at that ladder. I had about 2250 elo on it at that time. I then began playing horse and lost to ItsWintrr. I got stupidly angry and told him to "Get dossed." Now of course this stupid but I wasn't thinking properly. Obviously I can see a hard punishment getting put on me but not a permanent IP Ban.

IP Ban Evasion:

As soon as I was IP banned we got a new internet router which gave us dynamic IP's. I was sure to get usage out of it. I began evading because I knew I was falsely IP banned. I played on a friends account for 1 badlion UHC. His name is _Junex. By me playing on his account I got him IP banned and Permanently banned. His twin brother also plays badlion and he was IP banned too because of it.

I should not have evaded but I knew I was banned falsely due to G-Cheats auto-IP bans.

Second chance.

I understand I have broken nearly every rule on badlion but I still think that I have matured enough to forget all about this and move forward. Many people have broken rules and been given second chances. People such as xClashez who was unbanned by Archy were given second chances. Clashez is well-known for hacking and was blacklisted from the server. Maybe he has changed.

Ok so my conclusion is that out of all three of my bans only 1 was a proper reason to ban. I was falsely banned twice and I think I deserve a second chance. I spent a lot of time on this server and I promise you that I will restrain myself from typing anything offensive in the chat again. I understand that I evaded but I have changed from that and I will never do that again because if I keep doing it i'm just wasting money and making even more shit happen to myself and friends.
