Forum banned :/

Hey guys…I'm just wondering how I can appeal if I even can appeal a forum ban and in game ban.
I told someone to kill themselves and said more horrible stuff to him over a game, which just now made me realise how much of a fucking idiot I am.
Freekkiller banned me in game and on the forums for that which is totally understandable but I want him to hear my side of the story.
If there is any way to get unbanned in-game and off the forums?
