Help With An Account
Hi,

I have been trying to get into contact with Mojang for about two months but I have achieved absolutely nothing and after two months they are saying they can't help me because I don't have my trans ID so I thought I would seek the advice of the people on this forums!

Okay so, I purchased an unmigrated account off another badlion player and the deal went fine. I paid him the money, he gave me the unmigrated account details and I went on to change the name and password of the account and assign it to my email (I have emails acknowledging that I did that correctly).

I played on the account for a month without any problem, I used to log out of my account and which to another one all the time however one time I tried this I couldn't get back in. My email is definitely correct and I have a short list of passwords and having tried all of them, I know that that isn't the problem.

I tried resetting the password with my email - received no email.
I tried (using my username) trying to reset my password - received no email.

I have received no emails that the account email or password have been changed or that is has been charged back. It seems as if my account just doesn't register anymore as when I typed in the old account name to try and get access to my password/email, it said 'This account has been migrated.'

Anyways, I think that Mojang send an email warning you if they are going to lock your account however I honestly have no idea what has happened.

I bought Donator+ on this account so this is quite a big deal to me. If any of you can shed some light on this situation or have experienced a similar problem then that would be incredible!

I can login to other accounts as well so my Minecraft is functioning perfectly fine
