I don't know where to put this, I didn't found a help section on forums so, I'm posting here, feel free to move this post but first please help me…

So I bought an account named: Shiruzen, I own the email, password, everything, because I bought it, but this time, when I tried to join to Badlion, it says that I need 2 factor authentication, but I never put that I don't know how to find it, I tried to join on the network but it's says that I cannot join on Badlion because of the 2 factor.

So, I contacted the guy who sold me this account, and he just blocked me and ignore me.

I can proof my account, I never changed the network password, because I never used the forums, so that means the guy who sold me this account maybe change the password on forums and activate the 2 factor authentication.

Please guys I want to play Badlion, I'm posting this on my brother's account (Mizahel).

It its posible to deactivate the 2 factor authentication?

I tried to deactivate it but the confirm email doesn't arrive me on the account email registered, please help!
