People if your saying I have a horrible build, today I was paired up with 3 2Ks, a bunch of 1900s and 1800s plus 1500s. I beat some of those 1500s when I was a 1300, quite embarrassing for them.For example here is a 2K fight: https://www.badlion.net/match/arenapvp/1v1-17/17144839

In the first fight, you pre-headed and he pre-gapped. He still beat you by two hearts. That is not impressive at all. And beating a 1500? Sure, great for you. In most other ladders, a 1500 is probably equivalent to a 1300. Build is just SO inflated.

Wrong, I think it's more around 300 cps.
Unless you run at 4 fps, and then buy a new computer.

By register I mean how many time you can hit… I don't know how I can explain but if it was 8 CPS everyone would be getting fly combos. It's sorta like how many times you can hit, I don't know how to say it

Yea, like how would you not believe in that? Aim is probably the main factor in pvp, its not an opinion, its a fact.
