* sigh * still have my "Brother" who wasn't cheating is still on the list :( https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/124941 he has been playing since the beginning of Badlion release, and now he is banned. Please unban him please :( He plays there everyday and it's also is favorite Server. I watch him everyday and judging how he looks like a hacker but he isn't? It's a "Human" judging and Humans have opinions but a "Bot" detects every movement you do. So technically you have no evidence of him hacking.

But surely then if a Bot detects every movement (hence it is therefore factual information) and a Human gives an opinion, surely the bot actually significantly more reliable than the person with an "opinion"? And if the bot has logs of him cheating, then clearly they do have evidence, in fact better evidence than a human could give according to you?
