Help!?!?

I just got muted for "bad sportsmanship". It is my first mute, and I can't find the appeal page, so I guess I'll just post this here. I was trying to say "LOL" because someone tried to clean me up in UHC FFA and I killed both of the people, but I mistyped and just wrote "L", and I got immediately muted. I know it is the wrong place, I couldn't find the appeal button. Also, I try to be a non-salty and respectful player as much as possible, so this isn't something I would tell someone. Even when I sucked at pvp, I didn't tell people they were bad or give them threats, I'm just not a mean or rage-prone person. Also, my keyboard is shot (it's an older laptop and the keys sometimes don't work).
