I just bought and account but its banned

Hi every1, i just bought an account with perm donor but its banned for 3 months (Unfair advantage) and i dont have the forum account. I talked to a staff member in teamspeak and he told me to appeal in another account saying that i bought the account and proof that i owned it. (Actually im a beaner so probably i didn't understood correctly the guy who helped me)IGN: it was "Pollo2" but i changed it to "juan9907"
