Mods and Hackers

So I don't know whether it's the laziness of the mods or if I'm doing something wrong, but whenever I come up against a hacker it's impossible to get him banned in some ways. Of course there are various ways but they all don't work/are just stupid.1. Report them via /report:
I feel like no mod ever uses that feature. Other than that, I would like to get a message back saying that someone is actually looking after the hacker so I know I don't have to spam msg mods to finally get their attention.
2. MSGing mods:
Proper way to do it would be messaging them just once. However if I do that, I NEVER get a reply. I have to constantly annoy them (in terms of spamming them) to get their attention. While they most likely then reply that they're looking after the hacker, I don't get any information back stating whether they think he's hacking or not. So I'm gonna have a wild guess and assume they're not taking action at all.
3. Recording and uploading:
That would be the most effective and secure way to get the kind of feedback I need. But I cba to invest my free time in doing stuff I don't enjoy. Rendering and uploading would take me quite some time. From a utilitarian way it's just not worth it.
If there's anything - especially a staff member - would like to disprove, let me know! I would be happy to get responses from staff members saying which way to get hackers banned is effective, because I think it's in everyone's interest to reduce the amount of cheaters.

The amount of people who think that is unreal. Moderators don't have to message you to say that they are spectating a suspected hacker so hence you may not think they are watching but most of the time they are.

He means how do they know you're speccing him. Answer is you don't need them to.

in eu theres like 9 mods and whenever I report, I dont even know anything if usain bolt is playing minecraft or its a hacker because they never get banned
and also not to mention the 5 min report delay, something needs to be done
