Hello everyone!

Thought of making this explanation thread about the appeal system, because people seem to be confused about how the system works.

Note for all appeals in general: You may appeal in your native language on any kind of appeal. We have translators for that.

There are 2 kind of appeals that you can create:

1. Guilty
2. Not Guilty

I'm going to talk about each one separately.

-Bans

Let's talk about guilty:

If you choose to admit to your doings on a temporary ban you will have to wait it out. But admitting to your doings is always appreciated.
If you choose to admit to your doings on a permanent ban you will be unbanned after a certain time unless:

-You are a chronic cheater and you've cheated several times (even if on different accounts).
-You are abusing the system - the system for accepting appeals is automatic. but, if you choose to abuse it you will be denied by a Senior and or above.
-You put no effort in your appeal - pretty much self explanatory, if your appeal is judged to be effortless you will be denied.
-You have invalid reasoning - If you have invalid reasoning on your appeal you will be denied.
-You don't take responsibility to your doings - If you wont take responsibility you will be denied. Example: "My brother hacked, it wasn't me"

Note: Some permanent ban offences wont be treated by Badlion Bot they will be treated by the person you got banned by.

Other then what's written above there are special cases to appeals too.

Now let's talk about Not Guilty:

If you choose to either not admit to your doings or if you actually are not guilty the person that banned you will have to upload their evidence and escalate it to seniors for them to decide if the evidence is sufficient or not. [unless the person that banned you is actually a senior or above in case that happens you are assumed guilty (other then a few kinds of reasons)]

If the Seniors judge that the evidence the Mod sent is sufficient you will stay banned for not admitting to what you did.
Keep in mind, seniors can make mistakes too. So, you have the ability to escalate the appeal for Admins to judge.

Note: You are able to comment on the evidence video on you in order to explain it.

If the Seniors judge that the evidence the Mod sent is insufficient you will be unbanned.

-Mutes

When appealing guilty to a mute chat offence you will be asked to wait out your mute.

When appealing not guilty to a mute the Mod will either post a screenshot (if he has one) and escalate for Seniors to judge and or if he doesn't have a screenshot he will escalate it for the Seniors to check the logs and see if the mute is valid or not.

If the mute is valid you will have to wait your mute out.
If the mute is not valid you will be unmuted.

About bannable chat offences (DDoS Threats, Doxing etc.): Will be treated like permanent ban offences. (seniors will check the logs/screenshot like mutes and judge) If you appealed not guilty.

If appealed guilty it will be treated like appealing guilty to any permanent ban.

About Legal Threats Bans: You are not able to appeal these

Rules wrote

9. Any form of a legal threat will be taken very seriously. You will be banned on the server and website immediately and will require an actual lawyer to fight for your unban. You might be IP banned, blanket banned, and/or blacklisted as well. Do not make a legal threat unless you are ready to back it up.

About Chargeback Bans: In order to get unbanned you must repay all money that you charged back. (Will be dealt with by Admin+)

About Inappropriate Skins/Names/Capes: You will be unbanned immediately after you change your name/skin/cape.

Things to not do with an appeal:

-DO NOT bug staff with your appeals (link, ask to check, etc.) - The staff team will eventually get to you so just wait.
-Wait for your appeals to be looked at it will happen eventually. Could take days just wait.
-Bumping appeals does not work and is useless.
