Map discussion
Recently I have been thinking about maps and how bigger ones would benefit more over smaller ones and vise versa.
Take the small maps like the sand one with the weird water thing in the middle, that is such a small map.
In my opinion I dont think it should be for all the ladders but for some like buildUHC I think it is necessary to get better at such ladders because in actual UHC you just might have to fight someone in such a small space due to border shrinks, and I think that is perfect, but having too many small maps like that is just too overkill because if small maps are the only maps available how are you gonna get good with well spaced out battles?
But in ladders like iron soup, Badlion doesn't host any sort of soup server so why would you need to be good at rough, rugged maps with harsh terrain?
The people who made some of the old maps from 2014 had an entire different perspective than what I am talking about. From what I remember there were almost no small area maps only large maps, then again the only ladders I played were iron and archer, but still every single ladder needs its own type of landscape to make the fights more realistic, and I think that is how someone would improve overall, by getting better at harsh terrained maps, in turn being better at nice, flat maps with smooth terrain.

These are just thoughts of mine, feel free to share yours I would like to hear what you have to say.
