About the new "ELO"

With the new elo system, can someone explain it more simpler? Archybot's forum post was there, but I didn't understand it.Is it 20 matches you have to win in A ROW to level up or something?????

Okay so I explained it 3 times to someone check my posts or go on arenapvp posts and check something…So basically to get a rank u need to play 20 matches,not win…

First 20 matches are your placement matches. You get a rating after first match but it is hidden until you play 20 ranked matches (in a specific ladder or global, not sure).
