I was trying to play some unranked build to get warmed up and I started getting an error that said "cannot Que up because already_in_match_SqltedCracker" I have tried exiting the server, which didn't work, and I am next going to restart Minecraft, but I thought i'd report about the bug before I did. I believe this happened because I tried to exit the que in the same moment that I was being put in a match. Hope this helps you solve some of the S13 bugs!

EDIT: restarting Minecraft fixed the problem
