Ranking System?

So I've been wondering about the ranking system for a while, and I thought I understood the whole Bronze,silver,gold,emerald,master thing, but when I ranked up, it said "You ranked up from Gold V to Gold IV. That really confused me because IV is 4 and V is 5, so does that mean I deranked? Or is the ranking system go from 5 to 1 then to the next tier?Posted on 21 July 2016 - 12:52 AM

Ah, makes so much sense now, no wonder I get like 20 points from gold 1s lol
