Let muted people us /Helpop

Before you say "If you wanna use helpop then don't get muted" listen me here for a second.Let's say I'm muted for "toxic behaviour" for 1 day and can't do /helpop. I am then, not able to warn someone if somebody hacks on me therefor, Badlion is prioritizing a mute over a ban for cheating when it should be the very opposite.
