On the kohi section i play ranked alot but haven't been able to play since i changed my name.

I have gone afk for over an hour and came back and it still says that it can't load my profile.
I know that it is only this account that it is broken on because i have an alt that everything works fine on.
Please help unranked is boring af.

This is a known bug, just relog. The servers are being reset tonight and the bugs will be fixed. https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/128077
