So far S13 is okay, If needs some time to get use to, however the matchmaking for Unranked/ ranked is horrid. People have to wait 30 min + this morning to get in a match.. You guys supposedly "reset" S13 and fixed stuff, which the kb is okay not the best but it's good enough for now. But please for the love of god change the match making system so we don't have to wait 30 min to get into a match. This should've been fixed during the "reset"

Maybe also change the Rank up system, because to be honest it takes way to long to go from GoldV to IV etc.

So far Im excited for S13 but this seems to be turning into a nightmare if you guys don't pay attention to the players.
Sure you guys have "feedback" for the kb but not enough people are actually helping.

I love you badlion and don't wanna see S13 ruin it.
