Well, at spawn there's a name colour changer for Donators.
Usually when the Donators want to try out / have different coloured names in the chat, they have to repeat themselves over and over to figure out whether or not they like that colour.
This sometimes leads towards spam, and most players don't really like it.

Maybe if there was a sign allowing you to display what your name would look like in chat? Or simply after the colour has been changed, it'll show e.g:
"Nickname changed."
