Hey so today I was in ranked dueling this guy and then he got banned by GCheat (Obvious hacks btw) and then I was waiting the 30 seconds to see what would happen and his NPC was there. Then he logged back in even though he was banned? Is this on purpose or a glitch?https://imgur.com/a/Uh6Mx

I know but it was funny because he just logged back in even though he was banned
