I was playing at arena pvp and I won all the ranked matches, and I was bronze 4 and then I was bronze 3

You can always answer in your native language and we will have it translated for you if it's something important, and your English doesn't seem to be that bad :)
Coming to your original problem - you should know that your ranking increases when the rank numbers decrease, meaning Bronze III is better than Bronze IV so the system worked correctly as you have been upranked after winning your ranked matches!
