Basically all you need to do is to flatten your index and middle finger and alternate clicking them on the left click, what you want to do to get the highest cps is to raise each finger about 1 inch above the clicker before pressing it downwards, and when you push down with each finger try to do it with medium force, pressing down extremely hard can give pretty high CPS but it will literally kill your mouse after about a month unless it's really durable.
Aiming while butterfly clicking is a bit more tricky, I can only average around 15 CPS while aiming with it, what you need to do is to find the right grip that allows you to aim and butterfly at the same time. Just saying, aiming is a TON easier while butterfly clicking compared to normal clicking, but quite a few servers don't allow it, so if you want to start butterflying then i'd use Badwares DC prevent
Butterflying with DCprevent on Badlion will probably get you judgement dayedSo unfortunately butterflying on Badlion is pretty hard to do without being banned
