"Unknown Region"

So, on www.badlion.net on stats u can see players region(Europe, Asia, North America…)So, today, I went on stats to see which place I am. I am 31 on Global BuildUHC with Gold V, but it says that im "Unknown region"
Im from Europe(EU) so i don't know why it says "Unknown region"
How can I fix this? Any help is appreciated.
