Bow/Rod delay

Why is it like that.
I checked if my router packets are dropping, they're not.
Can anyone help me, i'm from Lithuania, and i'm playing on Europe.

Just because you are not dropping packets does not mean they can't be delayed. It just looks like lag to me.
