Queuing for stuff

So when you queue for Build Uhc meetup, one you get around 9 players, the game starts it's 30 seconds countdown. I think that this is cool so that you can get a larger fill, but 30 seconds is too long in addition to the 30 seconds of waiting after you are teleported. I think that it should only search for more players for 20 seconds and then wait either 10 or 15 seconds after teleportation. This reduces the wait time by 25 to 30 seconds which opens more servers due to quicker ending.Also, there should be an AFK timer. On the maps with trees, you can wall up cobblestone and shift and not be found. It took me 16 full minutes to find one person who did that and ofc no mod responded to my report (that's another issue for another post). So after 3 minutes of not moving, the player should be kicked.
Lastly, I believe that the SG wait time should be reduced like the uhc meetup is. 20-25 seconds to gather additional players, but only 10-15 seconds after being spawned instead of 25 which is way too long.

We can tweak the times, it would be nicer waiting longer to get a larger match though.
