First off, I've been muted for a while now. This is ridiculous because I'm trying to /report (Mod Who Muted Me), in hopes that he/she would realize that my expiration is well overdue. Can you please fix this bug? It causes a huge hassle, I've went on the ts and tried to message admins, though you don't even allow that. How are we supposed to contact staff? No /helpop on the server, then the mute system is broken, etc. Sorry for any typos, this was made in a rush.

Is this still a problem? If so, please respond with a screenshot of the mute message when you try to talk.
