My friend and I were in a TS call and he was like Ender_Scorcher queue ironsoup. Then when I versed him (sorry to say) I kind of rekt him. He was determined to kill me but never did and versed me in like 12 games of ironsoup. Would this be called MMR boosting since I am Gold V in ironsoup because of it?

EDIT: Just saying I am Emerald V in Build UHC so it's not like I am a really bad pvper or anything.

Queuing friends is allowed as long as you both legitimately fight. MMR boosting would be you two queuing and him letting you beat him or vice versa.
