Here's a simple forge mod for 1.7.10 that disable FOV change when the player has either speed or slowness effect.Sprint FOV is not affected.

It should be allowed.
I can also release it for other mc version if you want.

For me, when I use this one, my sprint FOV is also disabled.Anyway, use the one you want :)

Awesome, I've been looking for a similar mod for a while–OptiFine's I don't like and the other one randomly cancels my sprint. Thanks for this. :)(Also posting here so I remember to download it.)
