So uhm, since the SOTW grinders has been problematic. Lets say that every time 10 mobs dropped down in our grinder, then 1 comes and it's not possible to kill it. I assume it's because the mob get glitched at the top of the grinder. Which simply makes it keep dropping down and back up. I can't explain it, but it's screwing up my grinding.

Is not a minecraft vanilla bug, it happens to me in grinders and at the end, some mobs fell where you kill them and they appear and disappear. They are glitched in the water and in the signs. I think is because the mobs are pacific and they dont see you thats why they bug
