silver II = 1400
Master = 2700
Difference from 1400 to 2700 = 1300
mmr rankings from silver II to masters = 17
1300 divide 17 = 76.5
silver II = 1400elo
Silver I = 1476.5 elo
Gold v = 1553 elo
etc…. (if you want to continue just add 76.5 for each ranking)
Unwise made a thread about it, but elo can't really be converted to mmr. But its as close as weve gotten

Everyone on Build leaderboards are masters… but s12 only 2 people got 2700 and up, and with mmr 213 points is worth 16 elo…

Like I said, mmr will never be converted to elo 100% accurately, its an estimate
