Next door to me live a small family. I've been friends with them since I was a kid. However, the youngest son of the family has become a huge annoyance recently. He has a horrible taste in music firstly, I really couldn't care less about it, but what I DO get annoyed about is that nearly 24/7 he's blasting his shitty rap music at full volume and screaming and shouting to this music, I can hear it EVERYWHERE in my house, even with headphones on, it's still there. As i'm writing this it's 11.34pm UK time and I can feel the vibrations of the worlds trashiest rap music echo through my house.

He's 19 years old, has just finished college and is unemployed, living with his mother. Nothing is going to change anytime soon. I'm 16 years old and am taking my A level courses, this is an important time of my life which I am trying to make something out of unlike what he did which was mess around. I have mocks to study for and it's impossible with this inconsiderate prick blasting his music out. I can't do so much as watch TV in my own house, I am sick and tired of this. Would anyone have any idea on what I should do?

Walk up to him and remind him that you need to study and that you don't desire to live out your life in your mother's basement.
