Some days ago i was playing build uhc.Im silver 4 and the matchmaking took me a gold 4. This matchmaking is annoying. Please fix it this problem

People complain if you queue people the same rank as you because of how long it takes to find a match. People complain if the queue is set to where if you don't find a match in 20 seconds you get queued with the next person in the queue.
