I have an question.
Can I play a Hosted UHC without a donate rank ?

Yes, you can.

Though, if you have one of those ranks, you are able to join the UHC 5 minutes before the WL is off.
Also, if a UHC game is full without WL even going off, it' won't go off at all and you won't be able to join without a rank.

Lions can whitelist players and if a Lion whitelists you, you'd be able to join even if the WL is on.
