So my friend(Her IGN is WHOEH) was banned for hacking and chargebacks, so then they appealed for hacks and got unbanned, but still ipbanned for chargebacks, they appealed and nothing has happened, they are also banned from forums and ts so they cant contact staff? can someone help?Posted on 04 February 2017 - 06:14 AM

1. Your friend is still ip banned because on WHOEH her ip ban appeal was denied due to not cancelling the chargeback and responding within 72 hours.2.
