Badlion is best known for their badass anticheat. However, this server encourages legit gameplay. Did you know that someone with more than 130ms can hack on badlion and not get detected(science behind this will exploit the GCheat resulting in a ban)? I ran an expiriment, 5 of my sa friends(identities will remain hidden) got a hacked client and played some good o'll build. With reach at 7 blocks(regular WolfRam NOT PREMIUM)????? NONE of them got detected. THIS MEANS that all eu/au/sa players can come on NA badlion with a hacked client and do whatever the heck they want. Is this is what MasterGBerry and Archybot wanted? No, but from over hundreds of community opinions based on getting rid of sa/eu/au players leads me to believe that they don't care one bit. I mean with vape, its probably 110% undetectable if they use it. The server wants fair gameplay? I THINK NOT...Sa/Eu/Au players get a lot less kb and more reach than regular NA players! This is what I call "Fair." Youtubers have been going ham on twitter but privated the messages on the subject in fear that they will lose their rank/ or reputation. HUAHWI for goodness sake!!! Not only does he mention this every time he streams, but on Twitter too!! I have some things to mention before I end my argument : What will the server/owners do to improve fair gameplay for NA players? Will DNS and regedit become illegal in the future? IS it really racism for calling someone a beaner if they actually are a beaner? While on the subject when someone says "mod spec" they get muted for hackustation, it it really hackusating if they are hacking? Will badlion staff get off their lazzy butts and do somenthing about the cheaters? Why don't mods just ban someone flying with killaura mid match? And finally, will Badlion get rid of Au/Eu/Sa players? Not to put any pressure on the owners, but not doing this really demonstrates how much you Love your Na players, those who do and dont donate to the server to keep it from collapsing. i dont think thats how gcheat works… but interesting observation anywayi come from the AU community and a majority of the AU leaderboarders have to go to NA to improve their rating on unplayed queues like horse or iron.
i dont think its really fair to exclude them

Pretty much this, Also how is it fair to get rid of them? They help and support the server just like NA players and they are allowed to do as they please. You may not like it but currently there is no solid method of stopping it. And yes, Racial slurs apply to all people even if they are said race.
Also for the "mod spec" portion of your post, Yes it is completely hackusation. Saying you wish to have a mod spec is saying you think the player is cheating so you are requesting staff help for punishment. This can alert said player so they may toggle their hacks and stop it, the moderator would have no reason to ban them at that point. You should stick to /reprot as it will have a higher chance of being effective as the hacker may not know.

You can do /report, record and report the guy yourself, or msg a mod to deal with it. Publicly calling someone out for hacks is immature and makes our job, as staff members, much much harder
I'm personally on more than 3 hours every weekday, and I'm on pretty much the entire weekend, so I'm practically on my lazy ass helping people who barely aprichiate it half the time. If you're so concerned about a cheater, message me in game or on discord.
Because if a person is false banned mid fight and loses rating because someone made a stupid mistake, that's messed up.
AU SA and EU players are all fine. Why not just get rid of NA players? I'll tell you why. Because it's not fair.

3. I'm speaking on behalf of every NA player that tries hard at ranked but is at a disadvantage!Again the kb and reach is off the charts.

Clearly you didn't get the message that saying racist comments is racist. Doesn't matter if saying something offensive that is true, it is still offensive. If you go up to someone, in the real world, and say those kind of things, you will most likely get beat up, or have all respect for you lost.
No, you're not. I'm an NA tryhard. Clearly I don't agree with you. There are many others whithout your opinion that play on NA, and they will most definitely not agree with you.
