I don't really know you so I don't have an opinion but based on your questions you seem to view your position as a serious staff more than someone who got staff for the perks and doesn't do their job.
That's a really nice answer, and to be honest I couldn't agree more. Though I have to remember you we are not perfect, we have our ups and downs, just as every staff team does. We always try to be better, but sometimes improvement takes time c:
