Try this:

Record yourself pvping, in potion pvp to make life easier. Then view the recording, see how you turn. If you over shoot the turn (as in you turn around and crosshair goes past the enemy) - turn down your sensitivity. Of the opposite occurs, and you undershoot it, then turn up your sensitivity.

Similar method to finding a good CSGO sensitivity, and it should help you find a good natural sensitivity that works for you. Hope that helps!

I've also got a video I made years ago, it's pretty crappy (although 94k views) but has some useful tips that might be of use:

It means always look at the target when you are aiming, not your crosshair.

Once you know the basics of PvP, there are really no "tips" other than just practice. If you play everyday, I guarantee that you will become better at PvP. Practice makes perfect!
