I know that feel, but honestly, ping isn't that big of a factor, it's more of an excuse. I live in Mumbai as well, but if you use 1.8, use Labymod. Trust me; you can do well, though you need to practice.

It's alright, but I don't typically throw around that as an excuse because ping has advantages too, liked delayed hits/KB. Also, I did my bow ladders when I had 130 ping which made it a hell of a lot easier.
