Cant join games in premium

I queued a bunch of times but when it found a game it would take me to the main menu and wouldnt do anythingThis happend in 4/6 of the matches ive played so far
going 1 - 5 goals
And yes 100% you lose if you dont join. I q'd Bean twice but it wouldn't join and on my profile it says he won 2 - 0
