Umm… question for more high ranked staff i do want to become a UHC host when I'm not IP Banned. Will this and cheating ruin chances?

Did anyone think my personality changed ever since I've came back from the dead? Which I hope it's changed your minds about me even though I haven't even been back for a week

Being IP banned might mess your chances up. But if you applied about 5-6 months after you've been unbanned on everything, you might still have a chance. (Not a definate answer, but just my opinion)
