Why the appeal thread is broken.

Many people including myself, have been on Badlion. The appeals section is broken. For example: you cant make a appeal unless you have the account the ban was on. What if you were banned, and you didn't make a badlion account? Well, good luck! its a simple glitch that has to be fixed. you cant make an account if its banned.
