When you join a game of CTF and start playing so you're for example in team green and you get for example team yellow's flag, you can do /obs to quicky change a team and you join green (your team) again. You will still have the flag on you and you will be able to cap it.

Note: This is a very powerful bug/glitch and there are people using it as an adventage.
